BEAZMAL

Cement-lime machine mortar

Beazmal is dry cement-lime mortar of remarkable stiffness and abrasion resistance for mechanical and manual use on exterior walls of brick, block, concrete, siporex blocks.

Beazmal is prepared by mixing the powder with ¼ of water until complete homogenization.

Beazmal is applied by machine or by hand to the substrate that must be solid, clean and dust-free. It adheres to the rough surfaces very well whereas it is necessary to apply a primer to the smooth surfaces (concrete) and on porous substrates (siporex blocks) to prevent cracking of mortar and stimulate equal drying.

  • The average consumption: 11-12 kg / m2 / 1cm
  • Beazmal is packed in bags of 25kg ± 2%. The bags are packed on a pallet of 1,200 kg (48 sacks)
  • Beazmal can be delivered in bulk in tank trucks

BEAZKERM UNIVERSAL

Universal adhesive for ceramics

Beazkerm universal is dry construction adhesive used for bonding indoor and outdoor ceramics on mineral surfaces. It is very suitable for wall, floor and facade ceramics.

Beazkerm universal powder is mixed with water.
One part of water is mixed and slowly stirred with three parts of powder.
Leave the mixture to rest for 10-15 minutes and stir once again more intensively.
Apply the mixture using a notched trowel of 3-5 mm notches in size on a firm, clean and dust-free surface previously moistened and prepared.

  • The average consumption: 3-3.5 kg / m2
  • Beazkerm universal is packed in bags of 25kg ± 2%
  • The bags are packed on a pallet of 1,200 kg (48 sacks)

BEAZKERME

Adhesive for ceramic tiles for indoor use

Beazkerm E is dry construction adhesive used for interior wall and floor ceramics.
Beazkerm E powder is slowly mixed with 30% of water until complete homogenization.
Leave the mixture to rest for 10 minutes and stir it once again more intensively before the subsequent treatment.
Apply the mixture using a notched trowel on a previously cleaned and moistened 5mm -surface.

  • The average consumption of adhesive: 3-3.5 kg/m2
  • Beazkerm is packed in bags of 25kg ± 2%
  • The bags are packed on a pallet of 1,200 kg (48 sacks)

BEAZSTIR rabic

Construction adhesive for polystyrene

Beazstir is dry construction adhesive used for installing polystyrene insulating elements or reinforcing net.
The process of mixing Beazstir with water can only be done in solid containers.
One part of water is mixed and slowly stirred with three parts of Beazstir. Leave it to rest for 10 minutes and then once again stir the mixture more intensively before subsequent application on a clean, hard, and dry surface.
If used with thermal insulating panels, apply the adhesive around the edges and in the middle of the panel and then press it to the surface. Reinforcing mesh is installed by placing the mesh into the 2-3 mm-layer of adhesive previously applied to the insulating panels.
The entire surface is leveled with a new layer of adhesive.

Do not perform this in case of extremely hot weather or rainstorm.

  • Application Temperature: + 5 ° C to + 30 ° C
  • Consumption: 7-8 kg / m²
  • Beazstir is packed in bags weighing 25kg ± 2%

BEAZSIP

Construction adhesive of SIPOREX blocks

Beazsip is dry construction adhesive used for bonding light SIPOREX elements of all sizes.
Beazsip adhesive powder is mixed with water in the ratio 3: 1.

Three parts of the powder are mixed and slowly stirred with one part of water.

Leave the mixture to rest for 15-20 minutes and then mix it once again more intensively before the subsequent installation.

Such adhesive is applied to the surface with a notched trowel tooth of 3-5mm in size. Moisten and clean siporex blocks well before the subsequent installation.

Gently place the SIPOREX gas concrete blocks in the process of walling.

  • Application Temperature: + 5 ° C to + 30 ° C
  • Consumption: 20-25 kg / m³

BEAZGLET

Plasters for leveling inner walls with a thick layer

Beazglet is made of high quality natural fillers, mineral binders and suitable additives.

Mix the material from the bag with 10 liters of water until complete homogenization.
Leave the mixture to rest for 15 minutes and then stir it once again more intensively.
Such mixture can be applied in two layers of thickness up to 3mm using stainless steel trowel.
Drying of the layers depends on their thickness and may last for 2-5 days.
After drying, sand it down with fine sandpaper.
Wall surfaces must be well cleaned from dust, mechanical impurities and grease.

  • Beazglet consumption: 1-2 kg / m² depending on the substrate quality and thickness
  • Application temperature: + 5º to + 30º
  • Packing: 25kg ± 2%
  • The bags are packed on a pallet of 1,200 kg (48 sacks)
